Refund policy

Are you not completely satisfied with our socks for any reason? No problem, we offer everyone the opportunity to return their order up to 14 days after receipt. 

How to return your socks:

1. Print the returnsform  and fill it in.
2. Put the return form together with the items you want to return in a suitable shipping box.
3. Seal the box tightly.
4. Send the return package to the address below.

Always read before returning a package to us read the return policy carefully, so you don't get any surprises.

• Orders can be returned up to 14 days after receipt.
• Returned items must be unworn, intact and clean. Items that are damaged, used and / or soiled will not be accepted for return. 
• As a customer you are responsible for the costs of returning your package. These return costs are not reimbursed.
• Packages that are lost in the shipping process cannot be refunded. For these reasons, we recommend that you send your return package via PostNL including track-and-trace, so you can be sure that the package will arrive safely.
