Return an order

Are you not completely satisfied with our socks for whatever reason? No problem, we offer everyone the opportunity to return their order up to 14 days after receipt.

This is how you return your socks:

1. Print the return form out and fill it in.
2. Put the return form together with the items you want to return in a suitable shipping box.
3. Seal the box tightly.
4. Send the return package to the address below.

Before you return a package, always read our return policy carefully, so you will not be faced with any surprises.

• Orders can be returned up to 14 days after receipt.
• Returned items must be unworn, intact and clean. Items that are damaged, used and / or contaminated will not be accepted for return.
• As a customer you are responsible for the costs of returning your package. These return costs are not reimbursed.
• Packages that are lost in the shipping process cannot be refunded. For these reasons, we recommend that you send your return package via PostNL including track and trace, so you can be sure that the package will arrive safely.
